Lethabo Fraser (PTY)LTD T/A Fraser Credit Solutions was established in 2017 to deal with consumer credit problems as well as Credit Bureau Solutions and Consumer Credit data analysis. We are not a Credit repairing company. Fraser Credit Solutions follows the provisions of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 as amended

• Credit Bureaus and Credit Providers are expected to 1. act in good faith.
• Credit Bureaus are expected to take reasonable steps to verify the accuracy and correctness of the information.
• Consumer information should be kept for a prescribed period on the Credit Bureaus.
• Credit Bureaus must ensure that Consumer payment profile is regularly maintained.
• Consumer Payment profile that is not updated will affect a consumer’s creditworthiness.
• Credit Providers should give a consumer twenty business days’ notice before listing him or her should the consumer be in arrears for three consecutive months.
